Issue

Webex application crashed.

Symptoms: an error or warning message may have appeared before the application crashed.

Resolution

1. Clear the Webex application cache - follow the steps in this article to clear the cache: How to Clear the Webex Cache (https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/WBX000023766/How-to-Clear-the-Webex-Cache). 

2. Report an Issue - If the application continues to crash, follow the steps in this article to Report an Issue (https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/npxvalo/Webex-App-%7C-Report-an-issue).

  1. Open a new ticket for Information Technology
    1. IT Service Desk phone number 38324 (512-223-8324)
    2. Self Service Open a Ticket (https://infohub.austincc.edu/resources/)
  2. Copy the Feedback ID (using the copy button) and include it in the new ticket 
    1.  IT will open a Cisco TAC case and provide the Feedback ID for troubleshooting.
