Prerequisite
 
	- Global Connect installed on local device
	
		- If you do not have Global Protect installed, please submit a TeamDynamix ticket.
 
- View Access to Mojo Archive
	
		- If you receive authentication errors, please submit a TeamDynamix ticket requesting access to the Mojo Archives.
 
Logging in
Step 1: Log into VPN with GlobalProtect
	- On your desktop, click:  
- Confirm the portal address and click Connect:
    
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
	- Follow the Okta login prompts on the next few screens.
Step 2: Once connected to VPN, go to https://mojorecordhub.austincc.edu/. You will now see your homepage:

Step 1: Search for your desired ticket by typing search content in the search field and click the magnifying glass:

Step 2: Click on desired ticket from the list

Step 3:  Click Home to search for other tickets.

 
Logging out
Step 1: When done, click on the gear on the top right of the screen

Step 2: Click “Logout”
