Overview
If the Webex Application crashes, certain information is required for troubleshooting. This Knowledge Base article will provide guidance for providing the information required to troubleshoot and resolve the application crash.
Problem
Webex application crashed
Symptoms: an error or warning message may have appeared before the application crashed.
Troubleshooting & Solution
1. Clear the Webex application cache - follow the steps in this article to clear the cache: How to Clear the Webex Cache (https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/WBX000023766/How-to-Clear-the-Webex-Cache). 
2. Report an Issue - If the application continues to crash, follow the steps in this article to Report an Issue (https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/npxvalo/Webex-App-%7C-Report-an-issue).
	- Open a new ticket for Information Technology
	
		- IT Service Desk phone number 38324 (512-223-8324)
- Self Service Open a Ticket (https://infohub.austincc.edu/resources/)
 
- Copy the Feedback ID (using the copy button) and include it in the new ticket 
	
		-  IT will open a Cisco TAC case and provide the Feedback ID for troubleshooting.
