Data Integration Requests

Overview

Submit requests to the Data Hub and Integrations team when you need:

• Reporting data from third party applications
• Point-to-point integrations between applications
• Data from College ERP, CRM, and LMS systems
• Hosting of APIs
• To report data quality issues in the data hub or data warehouse

Requests

1. Use the Submit Request button to the right -->
2. Include the name of the product in the Subject, if known
3. Click the +Data Request Type search menu to select the type of work you are requesting or a consultation
4. In the Please describe the nature of your request section, be sure to include:
   • as much detail as you know
   • URLs and links
   • images or screenshots
5. If needed, you can add an Attachment to the request
6. Confirm the appropriate Requestor for the request
7. Add a Secondary Contact, if preferred
8. Use the Notify Contact(s) checkbox to inform those included on the request
9. Click the Submit button
