Search for Tickets and Attachments
- Connect via the ACC VPN and visit this link to access the archive.
- Enter your search criteria in any of the available fields, click search, and scroll to find a ticket.
- Review the archived ticket. All Mojo details are included in a simplified format. If the ticket had attachments, you can click to download them under the Attachments section.
