How to Add Zoom to Course Content Page

  1. Go to your Course Content Page
  2. On the right side, there is a Details & Actions Menu
  3. Under Books & Tools, click on View course & institution toolsHeader: Displays the "Details & Actions" sidebar navigation panel.  Highlighted Option (Purple Arrow Callout): A purple arrow points directly to "Books & Tools" and its sub-text link "View course & institution tools".  Complete Sidebar List:  Roster: View everyone in your course  Progress Tracking: Turned on  Course Image: Edit display settings  Books & Tools: View course & institution tools (Highlighted by arrow)  Question Banks: Manage banks  Qwickly Attendance: Launch  Bottom Controls: Contains a dashed button for "Add course schedule" and a "Skip" link.  3. Context Request (If needed)
  4. A new Books & Course Tools menu will pop upHeader: Displays the "Books & Course Tools" slide-out side panel with a close button (×) in the upper-left corner.  Instructor Tools Section:  SafeAssign: Originality Review  Available Tools Section:  Access Pearson - Student: Includes a plus icon (+) on the left for adding to the course.  Ally Course Accessibility Report: Listed without an add icon.  Class for Zoom: Includes a plus icon (+) on the left for adding to the course.  Course Evaluation: Includes a plus icon (+) on the left for adding to the course.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu to find Zoom MeetingHighlighted Control (Purple Arrow Callout):  A purple arrow points directly to the plus icon (+) located on the left side of the first "Zoom Meeting" option.  Course Tools List:  Research & Adopt Course Materials: Includes an add icon (+) on the left.  Respondus: Subtext reads LockDown Browser Dashboard.  Wiley Course Resources: Subtext reads Wiley resources with etextbook. Includes an add icon (+) on the left.  Zoom Meeting: Listed twice; the top entry features the highlighted add icon (+), while the bottom entry is already added.  Footer Navigation:  Displays the prompt "Can't find what you need?" followed by a clickable "Browse all course tools" link.
  6. Click on the plus sign next to Zoom Meeting to add it to your Course Content Page
  7. Zoom Meeting will be added to very bottom of your Course Content Page. Click on the 6 dots to drag your new Zoom Meeting Link to where you want on your Course Content Page.

You can follow the same process for any of the other Tools you’d like to add to your Course Content Page.
