This How-to article will help general users to submit tickets in TeamDynamix. No special permissions are needed, though you will need to log in to submit.

This article will cover the basics of submitting a new ticket in TeamDynamix.
How to Submit a Request 
Is something broken? We prioritize issues based on their impact on your work- please notify us if something is broken by clicking the Something is Broken link on the home page or at the top of the service catalog. Report Something is Broken 
here.
 
For other requests, follow these steps:
	- In the Client Portal, you can submit requests in two ways:
	
		- Search - use the Search bar on the home screen or the top of any page to find matching services and knowledge articles.
- Service Catalog - you can view all our services in our Service Catalog. If you want to browse all the options available, you can see an A-Z list here.
 
- Click on the service you need.
- You will be taken to the service page with information about the service, how to request it, and support documentation.
- Click on Submit Request at the top right.
- Fill in the form with as much information as possible (some fields are required before you can submit!).
	
		- If you are submitting on behalf of someone else, you can put their name in as the requestor and they will receive updates on the request.
- If you need to add more attachments, you can do so after submitting.
 
- Click Submit.
- All done! You will receive updates via email or you can check the status of your ticket anytime here.
