Troubleshooting / Guidance

How to Request a Quote

  • Submit a Hardware Service Request.

  • IT can generate quotes from:

    • Apple

    • CDWG

    • Dell

    • SHI

  • Quotes are attached to the Service Request.

Purchasing Computers

  • Submit a Hardware Request ticket in TDX with the quote attached.

  • IT Leadership reviews and sends an IT Approval Email.

  • Attach the approval email to the Workday Requisition.

Purchasing Peripherals

  • Once departmental approval is obtained, submit the Workday Requisition.

  • Check the ACC Surplus Free Store first for reuse.
