This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to submit an IT Onboarding Request using the TeamDynamix (TDX) / ACC IT Portal. Submitting a request ensures proper review, approval, and fulfillment of new hire and backfill hire needs.
Steps
The Onboarding Request form is used to support new employee setup after confirmation from HR of a new hire. If you have questions about what equipment is provided to new hires, please refer to the Onboarding Computer Equipment Guide KB Article.
Once you have received confirmation of a new hire, submit this form to:

Grant system access and create the new user account

Request required hardware (e.g., new employee computers)
Requests for onboarding-related hardware should be submitted through this form, not the Technology Hardware Request form. To submit a request for new or replacement hardware, please review the KB article for How to Submit an IT Hardware Request for New and Replacement Technology.
Important Requirement

You must have an ACCeID for the new employee to complete this form.
