Check Accessibility in Mentimeter
Mentimeter includes a built-in accessibility checker that identifies accessibility issues in the settings and content of a Mentimeter presentation.
Review your presentation with the Accessibility Checker before adding the content to your course.
- Locate the gear icon next to the title of your Mentimeter content.

- Select the gear icon to open the menu.
- Select Accessibility.
- Review the results displayed in the Accessibility Check window.

- Address the accessibility issues identified by the checker before sharing your content.
The Accessibility Checker uses status indicators to identify accessibility issues. The source article describes red as indicating identified issues, yellow as indicating “some,” and green as indicating no identified issues. The meaning of the yellow status should be clarified before publication, since the source does not explain what “some” represents.
Note: Review your content for accessibility rather than relying solely on the Accessibility Checker to determine whether the content is fully accessible.
