Linking Mentimeter to Blackboard Ultra

Connect a Mentimeter Presentation to Your Course

Mentimeter integrates with Blackboard Ultra through LTI.

  1. In your Blackboard Ultra course, select the plus (+) icon where you want to add the Mentimeter activity.
  2. Select Content Market.
    The add field selected in Blackboard Ultra and the Content Market tool is selected.
  3. From the available tools, select Mentimeter.
  4. Select Log In and sign in with your ACC Google credentials.
  5. Select an existing Mentimeter presentation or create a new presentation.
  6. Select Add Mentimeter.
  7. Follow the prompts in Mentimeter to finish connecting the presentation to your course.

Sync Mentimeter Results to Blackboard

Mentimeter can track individual participation and sync quiz results to the Blackboard Gradebook.

Participants must sign in through SSO using their ACC Google credentials for their first and last names to sync with Mentimeter data across the platforms.

  1. After students complete the Mentimeter activities, open the Mentimeter activity through Blackboard Ultra or the Mentimeter portal.
  2. Confirm that responses have been received.
  3. Select the Results tab.
  4. Select Sync to LMS.
  5. Choose whether to track attendance or participation.

  6. Select Sync Results to send the results to a Mentimeter Gradebook column in Blackboard Ultra.
  7. Allow time for the results to process before checking the Gradebook.
Click the (+) add field in Blackboard Ultra and go to the Content Market.
