What Is It?
The Exception Request Process is intended for time-sensitive, off-cycle position or organizational needs that cannot reasonably wait for the scheduled Annual Reclass and Position review cycle. The Annual cycle (December 1 through January 31) remains the standard process for reclassifications, new positions, job description or title changes, and Senior designation promotions.
Submission of this form does not guarantee approval or advancement. Requests will be reviewed based on business need, operational impact, funding availability, and alignment with the College’s Compensation and Classification Framework and related policies/procedures
