Use this form to onboard a software-related contract with the IT Business Office (ITBO). Onboarding is a one-time step for each contract and is not needed for subsequent renewals.
Once a contract is onboarded, the ITBO will manage the contract through each renewal cycle as part of its Contract Services, coordinating with the Contract Owner to facilitate timely renewal completion and ensure all required approvals are obtained.
