What Is It?
Badge Access provides secure entry to campus buildings, offices, classrooms, and restricted areas through the use of an identification card or access badge. This service ensures safety and controlled access for students, faculty, staff, and approved visitors.

Everyone at ACC.
Where Can I Get It?
For general badge requests, please email card-access-group@austincc.edu or click Send Email to the right.
For access to MDF/IDF closets or our datacenter, please click Submit Request to the right.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
IT response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM).

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved. A ticket in an 'On Hold' status (e.g. IT is waiting for additional information from the requester) does not count toward the Resolution Time.
