What Is It?

Accudemia is a comprehensive, web-based platform specifically designed to track student visits within various departments (centers) on campus.

You can request assistance to:

  • Add New User

  • Update Student/Staff Name

  • Update Staff/Student ACC ID Number

  • Access to Run Reports

If you have a request to create or update a center, please select the Other option on the request form and provide details of your needs.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

All employees are able to use Accudemia, requests are subject to approval.

Submit your request, and the Accudemia Administrator will be in touch to assist you.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM).

Response Time 6 business hours
Resolution Time Within 7 business days, 85% of the time

 

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved. A ticket in an 'On Hold' status (e.g. IT is waiting for additional information from the requester) does not count toward the Resolution Time.
