This Salesforce application streamlines the enrollment process for new students across various categories—including Traditional, Dual Credit, International, Continuing Education, and Adult Education. This system facilitates Austin Community College's internship program. It acts as a central hub for collecting data and managing the approval process between students, instructors, and employers. The platform helps ACC departments develop and maintain internships while connecting students to relevant opportunities within the community.
 
 
 
Bats2Cats Transfer Application
Designed for the "Bats to Cats" transfer program, this application helps ACC students transition to Texas State University. HS StARS System (High School Student Achievement Reporting System)

This application provides the Advocacy Team with a streamlined system for managing and tracking student cases. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM).

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status.
