What Is It?
Poll Everywhere is an audience engagement tool that allows instructors and presenters to create live polls, quizzes, word clouds, and Q&A activities. Participants can respond in real time using their mobile devices, laptops, or tablets.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Faculty and staff can use Poll Everywhere to support instruction, training, and presentations. Students and other participants can respond to polls without needing a paid account.

How Do I Use It?
Users can:

Log in to Poll Everywhere with institutional credentials.

Create polls, surveys, or interactive questions.

Present polls live in a web browser or embed them into slides (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).

Invite participants to respond via text message or the web.

Review and download results for reporting or class discussions.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is no direct cost to individual users. ACC provides licensing for faculty and staff.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM).

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved. A ticket in an 'On Hold' status (e.g. IT is waiting for additional information from the requester) does not count toward the Resolution Time.
