Event A/V Support

What Is It?

Request AV support for an ACC event. This includes on-campus and off-campus requests, for faculty, staff, students, administrators, and community members.

All external events or internal events that require larger coordination (catering, parking, safety/security, etc.) must be submitted using the Events request form before submitting this request form.

Submit your request, and someone from Academic Technology will be in touch to assist you.

Please note: All external events and any internal events that require additional support (catering, parking, security, etc.) must be submitted using the Events Request process.

How Much Does It Cost?

Fees may apply depending on the nature of the event.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM).

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved. A ticket in an 'On Hold' status (e.g. IT is waiting for additional information from the requester) does not count toward the Resolution Time.
