What Is It?
Submit a request for the OCRM team for website requests, including:
- Request a short URL that can be communicated easily - Vanity URLS are short URLS that can be used on print publications and other materials that act as redirects to other locations that may have long or cumbersome urls that cannot be easily entered or remembered.
- Request to create a new ACC website - This request asks to create a new website instance on one of ACC’s website networks to house content that does not previously reside in some other location. Also assigns editor access to the requestor or someone else.
- Request to change content or design to an existing ACC website - Generally a maintenance request. This request asks to update outdated or incorrect information, add new pages to existing websites, or modify the design or content of existing websites in some way.
- Request a website analytics report - A report that gives the requestor a basic web traffic report on a page or group of pages that includes traffic volume, traffic sources, user profiles, and other key metrics.
- Request editor access to an existing website - Request to create a user account to a website for maintenance purposes.
