What Is It?

Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) is 911 mapping software that works with the campus phone system to automatically provide accurate caller location information to emergency services. It ensures that when someone dials 911 from a campus phone, dispatchers receive the correct building and room location, improving emergency response times and safety.
