What Is It?
New hires are required to provide official transcripts for positions that have degree requirements within 30 days of hire. HR Shared Services coordinates receipt, verification, and retention of transcripts in compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements. This service ensures transcripts are received, evaluated, and stored properly as part of the pre-employment process.

How Do I Use It?
If a degree is required, please have your official transcript - showing the date the degree was conferred, sent directly to ACC at the address below. Transcripts must come from the issuing institution; student copies or those sent by you cannot be accepted. All required documentation must be received within 30 days of the date of this letter.

You may also choose to have your official transcript(s) sent electronically to HR Employment at HRtranscripts@austincc.edu. Please note that any transcript(s) sent electronically must be sent directly from the issuing institution via a secure electronic transcript delivery system. Student copies or copies emailed by you cannot be accepted for this purpose. 
How Much Does It Cost?
No cost from ACC. Any fees charged by the issuing institution or transcript delivery service are the responsibility of the applicant/employee.
