What Is It?
This service supports employees with enrolling in or updating benefit elections (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability, etc.) and retirement plans.
HR Total Rewards provides assistance during annual open enrollment, qualifying life events, and mid-year changes to ensure compliance with benefit plan rules and deadlines.
We also provide support for employees preparing to retire or seeking information about retirement plans. HR Total Rewards offers guidance on eligibility, plan options, timelines, and final paycheck considerations. Staff are assisted with required forms and coordination with retirement providers such as ACCMPP, TRS or ORP.

How Do I Use It?
Benefit elections can be made during open enrollment or within 31 days of a qualifying life event. Note that updates cannot be made in Workday.

For retirement inquires, submit your request indicating if you are “Ready to Retire” or requesting general retirement plan information.
