This service provides employees with HR consultation regarding performance management, workplace accommodations, worker’s compensation, and other employee-specific issues. Requests may include private consultations or raising employee complaints. HR Business Partners or Benefits & Accommodations Coordinators ensure sensitive concerns are handled appropriately and confidentially.
