Identity & Access Management (IAM) provides the tools and processes that allow users to securely access college technology resources. This includes:
- Account creation and lifecycle management
- Password resets and self-service password tools
- Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
- Role-based access to systems and applications
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Access reviews and permissions updates
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
All faculty, staff, students, and authorized affiliates who require access to campus systems.

How Do I Use It?
Most access is automatically created when you join the college. Additional access requests can be submitted through the IT service portal. Managers or data owners may need to approve certain access rights.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM).

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved. A ticket in an 'On Hold' status (e.g. IT is waiting for additional information from the requester) does not count toward the Resolution Time.
