How to Sign in to Office 365
Students can sign into Office 365 using their ACCeID and passwords, access Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) with fewer clicks and faster sign-in, and have peace of mind knowing their access is automatically kept up to date as an ACC student.
1. Confirm You’re Using the Correct Login Path
Because Office 365 uses Okta federated authentication, the easiest way to sign in is to use this link:

Go to https://auth.austincc.edu/home/office365/0oao6zyink9XHKsVd2p7/2161

Enter your ACC EID and password.

You will be redirected to Microsoft, where you can download and install the desktop version of their software. By clicking “Apps” on the left-hand side of the screen and then “Install apps” at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Important: If you sign in through https://www.office.com directly, you will be redirected back to Okta.

You will be asked to type in your Microsoft Account email address.

You will be redirected to an Okta login page. Type in your ACCeID and Password.

At this point, you will be redirected to your Office 365 account and can download your software as needed.
