New Technology Request

What Is It?

A Technology Request refers to any requests sent to the IT Department for a business need that requires a technology solution or to address a business problem.

Submitting a Technology Request lets the IT Department know that you have a business need or problem that requires a technology-related solution, and the IT Department will assign your request to an IT resource to start working with other IT Department resources to find possible solutions to meet your needs.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

All ACC Staff

Where Can I Get It?

Fill out this form to make a Tech Request.

How Do I Use It?

Submit the Technology Request Form, and the requestor will be contacted by IT staff to review the requirements of their request.

How Much Does It Cost?

Technology requested through the Technology Request Form may be paid through Department Funds, Grants, IT Tech Plan, or Capital Budget. ACC IT has an application inventory of software and solutions that ACC already owns, so it's possible we already have a software solution for your business need. Solutions to address your business need can range from $0 (because we own something already) to software that is $50/month subscription for specialized functions or possibly $50,000+ that requires a competivite RFP solicitation process and large project implementation cost.
