What Is It?
Records & Information Management (RIM) handles printed college forms in compliance with ACC administrative rules and procedures. This service includes:
	- Creating and revising forms
- Maintaining a centralized inventory of college forms
- Developing forms design standards
- Promoting consistency and version control of forms used across the college
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Authorized ACC employees, currently employed in the specific department or division that owns the relevant form. 
Where Can I Get It?
Click the "Submit Request" button on this page.
Submit a Word document or unlocked PDF for new forms with a service request ticket. Updates can be made on an editable copy of the existing form or listed in the details of the service ticket.
How Do I Use It?
Forms will be reviewed and modified to meet ACC administrative rules and procedures. The form will be locked in PDF format and made available through the official ACC forms inventory. An address to the form will be provided to the requestor for publishing links on their department webpages.
