What Is It?
College records are any document, paper, letter, book, map, photograph, sound or video recording, microfilm, magnetic tape, electronic medium, regardless of physical form or characteristic, created or received by the college, any of its officers, or employees in the transaction of business. This service form is to request Records & Information Management (RIM) review the record status of materials, and determine any necessary procedures for transfer and storage in official college records retention systems.
This request will initiate a project with the Records and Information Management team. The team will reach out within 2 business days to confirm your request and work with you on time lines for completion.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
ACC employees under the applicable department or division, assigned as the official custodian of any record materials or department liaison to Records & Information Management
