What Is It?
You can submit questions about:
	- General Compensation Questions- questions about the college's compensation philosophy and their pay structure. Use this to ask about your pay grade, how your salary was determined, the process for increases, or to discuss concerns about internal pay equity.
- Paycheck and Taxes - questions about your pay stub, including gross earnings, deductions, and how approved timesheet hours were processed. This also covers inquiries about W-2 tax forms, withholding exemptions, faculty course payments, or your final paycheck upon separation.
- Allowance (TAP, cell phone, car, etc.) - This is a recurring or temporary assignment payment (TAP) for ongoing needs. Examples include a car allowance, a cell phone allowance for on-call work, or Temporary Assignment Pay for taking on a temporary role. It is usually added to each paycheck for a specified time.
- One-Time Pay - A single payment issued once for a specific reason. Common uses include tuition reimbursements, canceled class payments, faculty advisor stipends, or payments for police training. It is not a recurring payment.
- Period Activity Pay (PAP) Allowance - A temporary payment for completing specific academic-related duties or projects that fall outside normal job duties and are tied to a defined timeframe
