This article is a log of recent changes impacting the TeamDynamix environment.

10/10/2026

• It's time for a TDX version update! Version 12.3, releasing on Oct 10, 2026, will include several improvements that will impact ACC, including:
  • Ability to relate tickets, outside of a parent-child relationship
  • Workflow steps will be moved to the Client Portal Ticket Detail Page - no need to log into TDWorkManagement to approve tickets!
  • Ticket to Project relationships
  • New Report Editor and other reporting enhancements
  • Delegated Approvals
  • And more! Some changes won't impact us if we don't have the feature, and some won't be turned on Day 1, but you can find the full release notes here (you can create a log-in if you don't have one already).

• ITAM is live! We now have new processes to track hardware deployments, moves, and retirements.

• Created a workflow to check daily for unassigned tickets and automatically reroute them to service desk.

6/25/2026

• We've rolled out a new TDX feature to automatically close tickets that were reopened with a "Thank you" message.

• Started Sassafras implementation as part of the TDX IT Asset management(ITAM) project

5/29/2026

• Knowledge Base report is now available to all TDNext users under your Home tab.

• SLA notifications are now set to go out at 50% and 75% of reaching the response SLA.

• Customize Report Column Names: When building a report, users can customize the Display Name for columns using the new Display Name field.

5/18/2026

• Updated Onboarding form - now collects more information about contractors and asks what default software is needed.

• Added Offboarding and Change Job forms. These tickets spawn tasks for various groups automatically.

• Group Task Report added to Basic Dashboard- now you can see all tasks assigned to your group as well as tickets.

5/8/2026

• Configured SLAs and customer satisfaction surveys for the HR application.

• Sandbox access is restricted to only TDX administrators (unless needed).

• Requestor Phone Number has been added to all intake forms.

• We can add third-party services to the A–Z Services page in TDX by using a redirect link in the “Request Service” button, which will take users to the original application page. I’ve added this setup for the FIS Work Requests service.

3/27/2026

• Asset Management module (IT Assets/CIs) has been enabled for Network, Systems, Software & Applications, and ITBO Contracts. There is a KB about this update here.

• Group dashboard now also shows group-specific stale tickets

• Several forms were using an Additional Details field instead of Description, resulting in fewer details in emails. Now all intake forms use Description. This will make reporting more consistent as well.

• Added additional response templates for Major Incidents

• Comments on tickets in TDNext now default to public rather than private in the main Ticketing app and Information Security app.
• Buildings & Facilities now appears in the service catalog but links directly to Micromain. This should help with searching for these services.

1/20/2026

• Organizational ID is now populated with EID in TDNext. You can search and report on Requestors by EID now.

1/16/2026

• Ad Astra added as a service
• Problem tickets will now be created automatically from closed Major Incident tickets.

• Enabled all technicians to see requestor tickets in TDNext

• Added Payroll services to the catalog.

• Added new Service: Desktop and Mobile Device Support for OS updates, patching, endpoint management, and related requests
• Updated visible fields in the client portal - now end users can see all the fields from the requests they've submitted.

• New shared dashboards available: Group and Leadership (only available to IT leadership team).  These dashboards provide metrics for your Group. These dashboards are the same, except the Leadership dashboard shows metrics for the whole IT organization.

• Response templates have been added for a few groups and are available to be added upon request to help draft consistent ticket responses.
• Phase 2 work is underway (including Conversational AI, Project Management, and Asset Management). Major milestones to be completed by February.
• The TDX-> Domo connection has been created; Domo dashboards coming soon.
