Copy and paste images directly into the KB article editor rather than uploading them as attachments.
Procedure
1. Open the Knowledge Base Article
- Open the KB article in edit mode.
- For a new article, select New Article.
- For an existing article, open the article and select Edit.
2. Copy the Image
- Locate the image you want to add to the article.
- Copy the image.
3. Paste the Image into the Article
- Place the cursor in the desired location within the article.
- Paste the image directly into the article content.
- Adjust the image size and placement as needed.
4. Save the Article
- If creating a new article, select Save.
- If updating an existing article, select Update Article.
Viewing Enlarged Images
Once the article is published:
- Users can select the image within the article.
