This article provides step-by-step instructions for updating your ACC EID/Okta password and signing back in with your new credentials.
How to Reset Your Okta/eID Password
1. Go to the Okta Sign-in Page
- Navigate to the Okta sign-in URL: austincc.okta.com
- Sign in to your Okta account with your ACC EID and password.
2. Click on your name at the top-right-hand corner, and select "Account settings."
3. Click "Edit Profile" and go through MFA prompts as requested.
4. Change your ACC EID/Okta Password in the "Change LDAP Password" box, then click on "Change Password."
5. Sign in.
- Return to the Okta sign-in page.
- Log in with your ACC EID and new password.
