- Added new Service: Desktop and Mobile Device Support for OS updates, patching, endpoint management, and related requests
- Updated visible fields in the client portal - now end users can see all the fields from the requests they've submitted.
12/10/2025
- New shared dashboards available: Group and Leadership (only available to IT leadership team). These dashboards provide metrics for your Group. These dashboards are the same, except the Leadership dashboard shows metrics for the whole IT organization.
- Service is now required on the General Request form. If you’re not sure what service to choose, there is a KB article to help! https://acchelp.austincc.edu/TDClient/277/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=20135
- Response templates have been added for a few groups and are available to be added upon request to help draft consistent ticket responses.
- Phase 2 work is underway (including Conversational AI, Project Management, and Asset Management). Major milestones to be completed by February.
- The TDX-> Domo has been created; Domo dashboards coming soon.
