This article is a log of recent changes impacting the TeamDynamix environment.

2/4/2026

  • Comments on tickets in TDNext now default to public rather than private in the main Ticketing app and Information Security app.
  • Buildings & Facilities now appears in the service catalog but links directly to Micromain. This should help with searching for these services.

1/20/2026

  • Organizational ID is now populated with EID in TDNext. You can search and report on Requestors by EID now.

1/16/2026

  • Ad Astra added as a service
  • Problem tickets will now be created automatically from closed Major Incident tickets.

1/15/2026

  • Enabled all technicians to see requestor tickets in TDNext

1/5/2026

  • Added Payroll services to the catalog.

12/12/2025

  • Added new Service: Desktop and Mobile Device Support for OS updates, patching, endpoint management, and related requests
  • Updated visible fields in the client portal - now end users can see all the fields from the requests they've submitted.

12/10/2025

  • New shared dashboards available: Group and Leadership (only available to IT leadership team).  These dashboards provide metrics for your Group. These dashboards are the same, except the Leadership dashboard shows metrics for the whole IT organization.
  • Service is now required on the General Request form. If you’re not sure what service to choose, there is a KB article to help! https://acchelp.austincc.edu/TDClient/277/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=20135
  • Response templates have been added for a few groups and are available to be added upon request to help draft consistent ticket responses.
  • Phase 2 work is underway (including Conversational AI, Project Management, and Asset Management). Major milestones to be completed by February.
  • The TDX-> Domo connection has been created; Domo dashboards coming soon.
