This article explains how to use the ACC Employee Directory in Workday to search for an ACC employee's contact information, including their email address, phone number, office location, job title, and supervisor.

How to Search the ACC Employee Directory in Workday

Employees who need to search for a colleague's contact information, such as their email address, office location, supervisor, job title, or phone number, can access this information through the ACC Employee Directory in Workday.

Using the ACC Employee Directory is a quick and simple process. Follow the steps below to locate an employee's contact information.

How to Search the ACC Employee Directory

1. Navigate to https://infohub.austincc.edu/workday/

2. Click on Login to Workday

3. You will be prompted to authenticate using your ACCeID and password through Okta.

Note: If you do not know your ACCeID or password, select the appropriate account recovery option from the list for assistance.

4. After successfully signing in, the Workday Home page will open.

5. Select the Search bar located below the Good Morning welcome message on the Workday homepage. Enter the name of the employee you want to locate to search the ACC Employee Directory.

6. Select the employee's name from the search results to open their profile in the ACC Employee Directory.

7. Under the Summary tab, review the employee's primary contact information. Depending on the employee's profile, this may include:

  • Job Title
  • Supervisor
  • Primary office location
  • Phone Number
  • Email address

How do I find the contact information for a team?

1. Click the "team" icon under an employee's name. This will open an interactive organization chart.

2. Click a profile to access their contact information.

What if the Employee directory information is incorrect?

If your information or another employee's information in the ACC Employee Directory is incorrect or outdated, submit a request to the Human Resources (HR) team.
