How to Search the ACC Employee Directory in Workday Using Full Job Title or Partial Job Title Information

This article will show you how to search the ACC Employee Directory in Workday using a job title or partial job title to locate employees and view their contact information.

The ACC Employee Directory in Workday provides flexible search options to help you locate employees. In addition to searching by name, you can search by job title or partial job title to quickly find employees and view their directory information.

How to Search the ACC Employee Directory in Workday Using Job Title Information

Employees who need to locate a colleague's contact information, such as their email address, office location, supervisor, job title, or phone number, can use the ACC Employee Directory in Workday—even if they do not know the employee's name.

The Find Workers feature allows you to search using a job title or partial job title, making it easy to locate employees who share the same role or whose exact title is unknown. Follow the steps below to search the ACC Employee Directory using a job title or partial job title.

How to Search the ACC Employee Directory Using Complete Job Title

1. Navigate to https://infohub.austincc.edu/workday/

2. Click on Login to Workday

3. You will be prompted to authenticate using your ACCeID and password through Okta.

Note: If you do not know your ACCeID or password, select the appropriate account recovery option from the list for assistance.

4. After successfully signing in, the Workday Home page will open.

5. On the Workday home page, locate Organization on the left side of the page. Hover over Organization to display the available options, then select Directory.

6. On the Directory page, select Find Workers.

7. In the search field, enter the information you have available for the employee. Enter a job title or partial job title in the search field (for example, IT Analyst, Technician, or Support), or other identifying information, and click on Search to display the matching results.

Example: In this example, we used the full Job title of the employee (IT Analyst).

8. Review the list of matching employees and scroll through the results, if necessary.​​​​​ Select the employee you want to view.​​

9.  The employee's directory profile will be displayed, where you can view their available contact and organizational information.

How to Search the ACC Employee Directory Using a Partial Job Title

1. In the search field, enter the information you have available for the employee. Enter a partial job title in the search field (for example, Analyst, Technician, or Support), or other identifying information, and click on Search to display the matching results.

Example: In this example, we used a partial Job title of the employee (Analyst).

2. Review the list of matching employees and scroll through the results, if necessary.​​​​​ Select the employee you want to view.​​

3. The employee's directory profile will be displayed, where you can view their available contact and organizational information.
