Overview
- Sassafras/TDX iTAM is an IT management system used by ACC to help maintain and manage college-owned computers and software.
- A small background component called KeyAccess is installed on ACC-owned computers as part of this service.
Will I see KeyAcccess on My Computer?
- No, KeyAccess runs in the background and does not provide a user-facing application or interface. You should not see a KeyAccess window, icon, or notification during normal use of your computer.
- No action is required from you, and KeyAccess is designed to operate without interrupting your normal computer usage.
Do I Need to Do Anything?
- No. KeyAccess is managed by ACC IT and does not require any action from the end user.
